[Corona discharge measures] We will undertake the development of conductive materials designed specifically for your company!

Leave it to us! Okabe Mica Industry supports the development of conductive materials that require custom design!

Okabe Maika Industrial Co., Ltd. has a long-standing track record as a manufacturer of electrical insulators, but we have taken on new challenges in different fields to improve the product characteristics for our customers in the generator manufacturing sector. Currently, we offer a lineup of three types of products: prepreg sheets, tapes, and plates. Until now, our applications have primarily focused on materials designed to protect generators and motors in the heavy electrical field from insulation degradation caused by corona discharge. In the future, we will assist in the design and development of conductive materials tailored to specific applications, not only in the heavy electrical field but also for the protection of electrical equipment subjected to high voltages, addressing static electricity issues in the semiconductor sector, and in the automotive industry, which is shifting towards electric energy. We are also able to accommodate prototype requests based on customer needs, so please feel free to consult with our specialized staff.

Wit Inc. Business Introduction

We are engaged in the planning, development, and sales of products ranging from gift items to industrial products.

Wit Co., Ltd. operates under the motto of "Fun, Useful, and Interesting," focusing on the planning, development, and sales of products ranging from gift items to industrial goods. Leveraging the agility of a small company, we prioritize collaborative relationships with companies from different industries. Additionally, as a new business venture, we have started producing prepreg sheets (UD prepreg/cross/mat prepreg) using various resins such as epoxy, phenolic, bismaleimide, and polyimide, with carbon and glass fibers or mats as the base material. At the exhibitions we participated in consecutively in 2010 and 2011 (N+/MALSEC), we have been able to assist visitors with inquiries and transactions related to prototypes and mass production. Furthermore, our high-efficiency surface carbon heaters, which have far-infrared effects, are utilized as fully waterproof rubber heaters and as a heat source for the "Personal Foot Warmer - Foot-Only Rock Bath." We also offer custom-made options with variations in size and circuit design. Moving forward, we will continue to prioritize our customers' needs and connect them to new product development. Prepreg sheet and laminated material using thermoplastic resin

It has made continuous processing of thin, wide thermoplastic prepreg sheets possible.

Maruhachi Co., Ltd. has made it possible to continuously process thermoplastic prepreg sheets by using thermoplastic resin as the matrix to uniformly impregnate resin into the substrate of reinforced fibers such as carbon fiber. These carbon fiber thermoplastic composite materials (CFRTP) are used in various industrial fields as sheet materials, laminated materials, and sandwich materials. 【Features】 - Uses thermoplastic resin as the matrix - Significant time reduction in the subsequent molding process - Capability to impart engineering plastic functions - Material recycling is possible - Sheet width can be set to 1,000mm, and length can be set to any desired meter length For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

[Thermoplastic and High Formability] Unidirectional substrate 'Krapower Sheet'

A sheet that integrates Kurabo's unique unidirectional fiber-based material with thermoplastic resin powder. Achieves high-quality and cost-effective component manufacturing! High-cycle molding is possible.

The "CuraPower Sheet" is an intermediate substrate (semi-preg sheet) just before resin impregnation. This highly flexible material allows for direct molding, where lamination and heating melting are performed simultaneously, eliminating the need for multiple layers to be stacked, heated, and pressurized (consolidation) before molding, which significantly reduces molding costs. Additionally, because impregnation can be done at low pressure, it is also possible to mold large-sized parts at a high rate, which is difficult with press molding. 【Features】 ■ Achieves significant cost reduction in the molding process. ■ The heat and cool cycle is fast, making it suitable for the production of over 100,000 parts per year. ■ High-cycle molding is possible with reduced capital investment. ■ Applicable not only to press molding but also to vacuum bag molding, pull molding, and more. 【Examples of Applications】 ■ Aerospace, sports, and general industrial applications. * For more details, please contact us or download the PDF.
